Rooftop restaurant offered beautiful views, but the noise kept me awake at night.

We loved the pool and appreciated the 24-hour store with snacks! The fruit-infused ice water in the lobby was refreshing in the heat, too. Would definitely stay again!

However, the hotel’s dining options were disappointing as the restaurant and room service were closed, creating inconvenience, especially during a busy season. Additionally, the staff did not communicate this effectively upon check-in, leaving me frustrated when I had hoped for an easy dining experience.

The location near downtown Austin was excellent for accessing attractions, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valet team. Unfortunately, there was a high charge for valet parking and a lot of homeless presence, which made the experience less comfortable.
